All fighters have officially made weight ahead of the exciting OKTAGON 60 card which goes down tomorrow night (Saturday, September 7) in Oberhausen, Germany. Many have predicted an evening of early finishes due to the aggressive style of fighters on display inside Rudolf Weber-Arena.
In the lightweight main event, the first ever OKTAGON MMA double champion, Ivan Buchinger (43-9), wants to silence the German crowd when he faces European standout, Lom-Ali Eskiev (21-7, 1NC), who makes his anticipated promotional debut. UFC veteran, Niklas Stolze (13-7), has the welterweight elite in his sights but first must get past Muay Thai specialist, Matouš Kohout (11-7), in the co-headliner.
Middleweight knockout artists will throw down in a feature bout as OKTAGON Challenge Germany alumni, Jaime Cordero (5-2), goes against lethal finisher, Milan Ďatelinka (10-7). Former two-time Tipsport Gamechanger competitor, Marcel Grabinski (23-10), also collides with Czech striker, Jakub Bahník (9-5, 1NC), in a lightweight bout.
Elsewhere on the card, Afghan fighter, Wahed Nazhand (8-2), meets Bosnian warrior, Max Handanagić (9-6-1), at welterweight and former Glory kickboxer, Cihad Akipa (6-2), faces all-action, Dominic Schober (13-12), in a middleweight contest. Rising German prospects, Hassan Shaaban (3-1) and Emir-Can Al (1-0), also compete in separate matchups.
OKTAGON 60 will be broadcast live on OKTAGON.TV internationally as well as worldwide on the global platform, DAZN, in all markets except from CZ/SK. Fans in France can also tune in on RMC Sport. The action begins at 5pm BST/6pm CEST/12pm ET/9am CT.
